Caribbean island culture meets Scandinavian architecture
This Exclusive beachfront private community is located in the charming area of Lucaya Beach in Freeport, Grand Bahama and is also home to the Grand Bahama Yacht Club. The project is much more than just a marina, it is also the focal point of the affluent, private community featuring private homes, townhouses, condos and private residences valued at up to 12 million dollars.
With its mix of island flavour and classical colonial architecture, an exquisite attention to detail is merged with waterfront views and lush tropical landscaping. A lot of research of the Bahamian islands and the local environment went prior to the planning of this project making sure it would be both respectful to the native culture and serve as an exclusive private community and marina. Tranquillity, security and privacy definitely reign at the Grand Bahama Yacht Club.

Lucayan Marina Village er et eksklusivt boligområde placeret på sydkysten af Grand Bahamas i det charmerende Freeport med hvide sandstrande og turkisblåt vand og hjemsted for Grand Bahama Yacht Club. Projektet er dog meget mere end en marina, da det ligeledes er meget eksklusive private villaer, lejligheder og byhuse.
Caribisk ø-kultur møder skandinavisk arkitektur var konceptet bag projektet, som tydeligt ses i bygningernes vestindiske kolonistil mikset med skandinaviske røde tegltage. Meget research om kulturen og naturen på Bahamas og lokalsamfundet gik forud for planlægningen af dette projekt og sikrede et område med både respekt for den lokale kultur og som hjemsted for et elegant bolig- og marinaområde. Grand Bahama Yacht Club er et afslappet, sikkert og eksklusivt sted.
